Privacy policy

How we handle your data and what we store in your browser — short and in plain language.

Last updated: June 2026

What data we collect

The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We use it to reply to you and to get in touch about your request.

We do not buy, sell or rent personal data. If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, some technical data may be shared with those providers (such as advertising and analytics platforms) so they can measure and serve campaigns on our behalf.

Cookies and local storage

Besides cookies strictly necessary for the site to work, we use analytics, advertising and tracking cookies to measure traffic and improve our marketing. These are only set after you accept them in the banner; if you decline, only the essential cookies are used.

We store your choice (per category: analytics and marketing) so the banner does not appear on every visit. We only set analytics or marketing cookies for the categories you accepted. You can change or withdraw your consent any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

Conversion measurement (Meta, TikTok, Google)

If you accept marketing cookies, when you submit the contact form we share conversion data with Meta, TikTok and Google to measure ad performance. Data that can identify you (email, phone, first and last name) is irreversibly turned into a code (SHA-256 hash) before it is sent — we never transmit it in clear text.

For matching and attribution we may also send your IP address, browser type (user-agent) and technical identifiers from cookies (for example from ad clicks). We send this both from your browser and directly from our server (server-to-server), with a shared event id to avoid double counting. We share nothing unless you accepted the marketing category, and you can withdraw your consent any time via “Cookie settings”.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on our own server and may be delivered through a CDN for speed and security. These providers may process minimal technical data (such as your IP address) strictly to deliver the page, under their own policies.

Fonts are served directly from our server, with no calls to third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete the data you have sent us, as well as the right to object to its processing.

For any request about your data, write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible.
